Description

The FP6809 and FP6810 are cost-effective system supervisory circuits which are designed to monitor micro-processor voltage and VCC in digital systems.

140ms Guaranteed Minimum Reset Output Duration.
Low Supply Current.
VCC Transient Immunity.
Small SOT-23-3 Package.
No External Components.
Guaranteed Reset Valid to VCC=1V.
Available in Three Output Configurations Open-Drain Output (FP6809-N) Push-Pull Output (FP6809-C) Push-Pull RESET Output (FP6810-C).
