Description

The XRP6274 is an ultra low dropout voltage regulator capable of delivering 2A output currents.

It is unique in the industry in being able to operate from a single supply rail of 1.045V to 2.625V without the need for a noise generating charge pump.

Ultra Low Dropout Voltage  140mV Max over temp @ 2A.

Reverse Bias Protection.
