SBRT3M40P1 is TRENCH SUPER BARRIER RECTIFIER manufactured by Diodes Incorporated.
Description Packaged in the pact thermally efficient POWERDI-123 package, the SBRT3M40P1 provides very low reverse leakage and excellent VF stability at high temperatures. It is ideally suited to use as a rectifier diode in MR16 bridge rectifier applications.
