  • Low Channel Input Capacitance of 0.4pF Typical for I/Os.
  • High Surge Ipp up to 9.5A(10x1000 μs) for VBUS.
  • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2).
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3) Mech.
