LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description The DIODES™ AZ1117C is a low dropout three-terminal regulator optimized for a low voltage where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. The device provides current-limit and thermal-shutdown Features . Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy of within ±1%.
