Overview
The DIODES™ AP62600 is a 6A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. The device fully integrates a 36mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 14mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion.
