Description
The CMD201P5 is wideband Ga As MMIC distributed power amplifier which operates from DC to 20 GHz. The amplifier delivers 11 d B of gain with a corresponding output 1 d B pression point of +27 d Bm and output IP3 of 37 d Bm at 10 GHz. The CMD201P5 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching.
