KAQW612S Description
The KAQW612 series contains two independent 1 Form A and 1 Form B SPST relays. The relay is constructed using a GaAlAs LED for actuation control and an integrated monolithic dies for the switch output. The die, fabricated in a high-voltage dielectrically isolated technology, is prised of a photodiode array, switch control circuitry and MOSFET switches.
