CN3153 Description
The CN3153 is a plete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode. Its low external ponent count makes CN3153 ideally suited for portable applications.
