NPN BUX20 HIGH CURRENT, HIGH SPEED, HIGH POWER TRANSISTOR The BUX20 is silicon multiepitaxial planar NPN transistors in Jedec TO-3. They are intended for use in switching and linear applications in military and industrial equipment.
