ACPL-P346/ACPL-W346 2.5-Amp Output Current Power, GaN and SiC MOSFET Gate Drive Optocoupler with Rail-to-Rail Output Data Sheet .
The Broadcom® ACPL-P346/W346 contains an AlGaAs LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.

ACPL-W346 Features

* 2.5A maximum peak output current
* 2.0A minimum peak output current
* Rail-to-rail output voltage

ACPL-W346 Applications

* The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices.
