4N35 is General Purpose Phototransistor Optocoupler manufactured by Broadcom.
Description The Broad® 4N35 is an optocoupler for general purpose applications. It contains a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is packaged in a 6-pin DIP package and is available in a wide-lead spacing option and a lead-bend SMD option. Response time, tr, is typically 3 μs and minimum CTR is 100% at an input current of 10 m A.
