General Description

Aplus Flash Technology’s AF24BC family provides 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, and 16K of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM).

The wide Vdd range allows for lowvoltage operation down to 1.8V with low read current (<1mA) and low standby current consumption (<1uA).
