It offers continuous 3A output current over a very wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. Well-performed current mode operation makes fast transient response and feedback loop stabilization easier. The AIC2566 draws only 22A supply current in shutdown mode. Current limit and thermal shutdown function are also provided to prevent damage.
