Description

The MAX25262/MAX25263 are small, synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches.

The device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A with 3.5V to 65V input voltages while using only 3.5μA quiescent current at no load.

Automotive, 65V, 2A/3A Mini Buck Converters MAX25262/MAX25263 General Description The MAX25262/MAX25263 are small, synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A with 3.5V to 65V input voltages while using only 3.5μA quiescent current at no load. The IC comes with a small 20ns minimum on-time capability, which enables the large step-down conversions in a single stage without skipping cycles. A max duty cycle of 98% and low high-side FET ON-resistance enable a low dropout operation for low input voltage applications. The voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The device offers two fixed 5V and 3.3V output voltages.
