The HMC8038 is a high isolation, nonreflective, 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz, silicon, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch in a leadless, surface-mount package. The switch is ideal for cellular infrastructure applications, yielding up to 62 dB of isolation.
