HMC700LP4
Overview
The HMC700LP4(E) is a SiGe BiCMOS fractional-N PLL. The PLL includes a very low noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), and a precision controlled charge pump.

- 24 bit step size resolution, 3 Hz typ
- Fractional or Integer Modes
- 200 MHz, 14bit reference path input
