Alfa-MOS Technology 500V / 50m A Linear LED Driver General Description The AF1880 is a linear LED driver. The application of high bright LED is widely used for general illumination. The AF1880 maximum output current is 50m A. Typical variations is ̈́˅% in VIN = 6 ~ 500V input voltage range and -40 ~ 85ʳ кʳ temperature range. Ground current is approximately 32µA, from zero to maximum loading conditions at TA=25к. Built-in thermal shutdown protection against any fault conditions.
