The AL1G08 is single 2-input positive-AND gate, designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
The AL1G08 performs the Boolean function Y=A • B or Y=A� + B� in positive logic.
The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.
