CHARGE PUMP DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A7801B is a low noise, constant frequency Low Noise Constant Frequency (1MHz) (1MHz) switched capacitor voltage doubler. Output Current: Up to 300mA Output Accuracy: ±2.5% The A7801B provides regulated output voltage VIN Range: 2.1V to 5.0V from a 2.1V to 5.0V input with up to 230mA of Automatic Soft-Start Reduces Inrush Current output current. Low external parts count (one flying No external Inductor capacitor and two small bypass capacitors at VIN Shutdown Current <1uA and VOUT) make the A7801B ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications.
