A6303C www.ait-ic.com CMOS LOW DROPOUT REGULATOR (LDO) 300mA ULTRA-LOW NOISE, ULTRA-FAST RESPONSE DESCRIPTION The A6303C series are highly precise, low noise positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The A6303C performance is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. The A6303C also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series. The A6303C consumes only 0.01μA current in shutdown mode and has fast turn-on time (Typical 50μs).
