UTO1023 Description
The 1023 Series is a thin-film bipolar RF amplifier for higher output power and medium-gain applications up to 1000 MHz. Resistive feedback and active bias assure temperature pensation and increased immunity to bias . Low VSWR is maintained by inductive tuning while the RF is coupled through the amplifier by internal blocking capacitors.
