AX1120 is Dual 600mA Low Dropout Regulators manufactured by AXElite.
DESCRIPTION AX1120 is dual low dropout positive regulator with minimum of 600m A output current capability. The product is specifically designed to provide well-regulated supply for low voltage IC applications such as high-speed bus termination and low current logic supply. AX1120 series are guaranteed to have <1.3V dropout at full load current making it ideal to provide well regulated outputs dual channels with up to 12V input supply, but depend on Power Dissipation Limitation for using. To prevent oscillation, it is remended to use minimum 1u F dielectric capacitors for Input/Output Capacitors, In general, the input capacitor in the range of 1u F to 10u F sufficient.
