General Description

The ASSR-12X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit.

The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs.

The relay turns on (c ontact closes) with a minimum input curr ent of 3mA thr ough the input LED .

0.2A or 0.4A Current Rating (See Schematic for ASSR-1219 Connection A and B).
Low Input Current: CMOS Compatibility.
Low On-Resistance: 0.25 Typical for DC-only, 1 Typical for AC/DC.
High Input-to-Output Insulation Voltage (Safety and Regulatory Approved) - 3750 Vrms for 1 min per UL1577 - CSA Component A.
