ACNW3130 Description

ACPL-3130/J313, ACNW3130 Very High CMR 2.5 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Driver Optocoupler Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 f.
The ACPL-3130 contains a GaAsP LED while the ACPLJ313 and the ANCW3130 contain an AlGaAs LED.

* Safety Approval (pending): UL Recognized - 3750 Vrms for 1 min. for ACPL-3130/J313. - 5000 Vrms for 1 min. For ACNW3130 CSA Approval IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 Approved - VIORM = 630 Vpeak

ACNW3130 Applications

* The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices.
